4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. We may limit the quantities of any product or service that we offer. Payment must be received before shipment. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus any original shipping charges. To initiate a return, please contact us at the email below. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
